I have only rode my bike once in the last 12 months...

and then for only ten miles if that. Hell, I couldn't remember where the start button was when I started it last week to see if the new battery still had a charge. I think I will sell it.

Yep.....I understand your predicament, since somthing similar happened to me as a result of an overseas assignment. I ended selling not one but both my bikes since I wasn't going to get much used out of them.
Think of it this way......you will be providing someone else the opportunity to basque in the glory of enjoying your bike......

Is there a reason why you havnt ridden it?
If you have a genuine reason to sell, then so be it.
I nride my bikes as much as I can, but then I dont have any reason not to.
My wife encourages me to get out as much as possible, to unwind from work.
Relieves the tension at home as well.
I am sure you will work out what to do.

If you joined a motorcycle interest group and social club all that declining enthusiasm would be reversed.
