Thanks for this info, Scott. I'm definitely interested... just to get clear on the details, the original post mentioned camping nearby. Will there be folks camping? I might consider this, but don't want to be the only rider in the campground. Hotel is fine, though... nothing wrong with a real bed after a long day of riding!

I noticed some folks are arriving earlier in the week... is the event just Fri - Sun, or are many folks coming earlier? Are all the accommodations near to each other? Also, what is the rate for the remaining rooms at the hotel? I'm a non-smoker if that matters. Will this be mostly group rides, or are folks fanning out on their own, and meeting for meals? I've been around this area a bit, but I definitely don't know it like my backyard.

Thanks for any clarification, and sorry if I'm asking questions that have been addressed in the thread... lots of posts to wade through at this point.

I don't see Bill Haycock's name up there anywhere. Have you heard from him? He told me at the motorcycle show that he was coming.
Is anybody camping at that Rickett's State Park up the road?

I have reserved two sites (117 and 118) at the Rickett's Glen Family campsite for Friday and Saturday night. I can handle up to two additional tents. But be advised, PA State Parks are not yet operating in the 21st Century for customer service and traveler friendly rules. This is no Willville or JRSP or Watoga - it has two pages of rules!

Be advised - showing up on Friday to camp will not work with me. PM well in advance please. I will take 20's but no checks or credit.

Tom - nevermind all this...we already talked..

Rooms are 50-60/night + tax.

The bash is whenever you get there. Some guys are coming in wed.night, some thursday night, others friday morn. Do what you please.

As for camping, there's a rumor that one or two fellers are camping ala deliverance-style in nearby Ricketts Glen. The majority of us are at the B&Bs.
