Mototechnique barbacks and brake line routing

Today I installed the 1 1/4" Mototechnique barbacks. I think I can get enough slack for the electrical cables, but the brake line is stretching and rubbing against the head light bracket and it definitely wont' last long this way.
Has anyone had to re-route the brake line on the outside of the bracket or replace it with a longer one?

When I installed the 1 1/4 inch MT barbacks, there was enough slack for all wires and hoses. However, I later installed the Wunderlich touring wellness bars and found that relocating the hoses to the outside of the headlight bracket was necessary. It may be the same on your bike now. It works fine with them relocated and even looks ok.

Get yourself down around the steering head area (at the front end of the gas tank) and, with a set of snips, cut some of the cable ties that hold all the control cables in a bundle. Most of 'em aren't necessary, and you'll get a bit of slack in cutting them, enough that you shouldn't need to re-route anything.

Yes, I cut the ties and it gave enough slack for the cables, however it looks like I will have to re-route the brake hose. Choke cable and clutch line are tight but OK, but brake line will rub and stretch pretty badly if I don't re-route it.
I just hoped that there is a trick which I don't know which will let me get away without messing with the brake line.

I have a set of Flanders bars on my r1150r from a K-100..8-1/2"h. and 12"pullback. (arthritis is a bitch!) All the lines can be relocated, and work well ..except.. a new front brake line is required.

It's not a bad deal to re-route. I Installed the Wunderlich bars which do require the extra length. The way to do it is to take both control sets off the bars, take the headlight mount screwa out and drop it down. You can then route the cables outside the headlight assembly. The GS brake line is longer if you need to change it, and you can buy custom lengths from Spangler.
