Wow, what an incredible sound !

I took the muffler and rear wheel off today to have a closer look and remove the muffler clamp bolt's ridiculous excess protruding length. The rear brake caliper stays put, completely untouched. The 5 small lug bolts go off/on easy with 44 ft-lbs torque. The shallow depth and cone shape of the wheel hub means the wheel will never stick in place like the OilHead setup frequently did. That rear wheel is nearly weightless! The best part was starting the engine with the muffler removed inside my garage. It was incredibly loud because the catalyst honeycomb is inside the muffler that was now on the floor resting on a piece of cardboard. There is no catbox. Just the sleek header pipes and the big satin finish SS muffler. Naturally, I had to whack the throttle good a few times, and I'm sure they heard it for a 5 mile radius. With how rapidly it accelerated to 4,000 and immediately returned to a smooth idle, less than a second, it told all the Harley riders to run and hide. The RPM's exactly followed the twistgrip as fast and as far as I could work it. Amazing response. Incredible sound!! Trust me, it's worth taking the 2 bolts off just to hear that sound. I bet some of my neighbors thought so too.
