Hot deal on phoenix Craig's list

Im at work, so I can't post a link, but I saw a hot deal on a used R1200R on the Phoenix craigs list.

a 2007, black with white stripes, under 7000 miles for $9000. The bike had BMW top box and hard cases, a tank bag and tall wind screen. Looks like it was the "Premium Package"

I don't know the seller, and havn't seen the bike (other then the pics on the site), just trying to pass along a what looks to be a smoking deal to someone
