So My Comfort Seat Arrived and Tomorrow Will Be Snow

Post by rockbottom »

I guess it will get a lot of garage sitting time before I get a chance to see if I made the right decision between this and an after market or re-build. Right now, I'm liking the sheepskin on it and may keep my Airhawk in the side bag for 8+ hour days.

Snow? You poor thing. We measure our snow in metres up here! I wish I felt your pain.

It will be interesting to find out how you like the comfort seat. I can't wait to get my bike back on the road (perhaps next week?), but I don't want to insure it just yet, because we had some snow the other day here in Vancouver.

You have an uninsured 15,000$ bike? You do have storage coverage....yes?

Playing in the garage on the thing, I almost wish I'd gotten the high. Trying several combinations, the best one so far is the comfort seat plus an Airhawk and a sheepskin. I'm anxious to try that out for a few hours.
