Some were I read that the R1200R computer has a map in it for Akropovic and to chance the maping you switch the ignition on for 15 seconds and then turn the throttle full on twice and switch of the ignition. I tried this and the bike would not start with out some throttle and when it did it ran very rough for a few seconds and then settled down. But I am not sour if it made any difference or it is my imagination but the bike seams courser now dose any one know if there are different mapping in the ECU and if I have changed it can it be turned back to standard.

Dunno where you heard this - but it's complete unadulterated BS.

The twist the throttle (once) is to teach the ECU the throttle-position-sensor range after disconnecting the battery for some reason. It's actually unnecessary since the ECU will learn it rather quickly without doing anything special at all.
