Lift to put on center stand?

I bought a lift helper for putting bike on center stand on Ebay. It was for R1150RT, and I bought it without thinking (duh) ...

Now, I don't see how/where this gets installed on my R1150R!
I could make some hardware to install just below the side plastic below the seat in front of the muffler - just have to see how much clearance there is for the passenger.

Anyone has this installed? Is there a different part for the R vs RT?

If it is the one I have Wunderlich? it mounts on a frame tube...and yes it is very handy.
