I just bought one of these at the local stealership for $19.95. It's made to fit between the foam cheekpads and the helmet lining. They are not made to fit flip up helmets like Schuberth, but if you want to fiddle with it you CAN get it to fit. I tested it in my Schuberth today and it works great! A bit of a pain in the ass to get into place initially, but worth the trouble when it's 20 deg outside!

Hmmm, intersting. As it is now, I need to reapply Fogtech about every other day I ride. These trips to work in the morning when it's below freezing are really hard on the stuff. Bought my Oxtar Matrix boots from kneedraggers a few years ago.

I bought a foggy mask too. They work as advertised, but might be a little clostraphobic (SP?) if you swear at the traffic a lot like I do.

At about the same time, I bought a Arai XD Supermotard helmet and eliminated all of my fogging problems. The fron vent is excellent and keeps the fog away except on the worst cold, rainy days. In that case, I opn the visor one small click and the fog is gone.

Fog City faceshield insert works very well. YMMV.

I got something like this for my Shoei RF 900 helmet, and it is made by Shoei. It is not a perfect solution but it does cut down on the fog.

Have the foggy mask, love it. Works exactly as advertised. No fog, ever.

I swear by the Foggy Respro and the Fog City - I NEVER get mist.
And at the moment the temperature here is just above freezing.

The only sting in the tail with Foggy is having to readjust it after you take it out to wash it. It really buggers me.

I can attest to the fog city inserts. They work extremely well! I bought a bunch on closeout a while back, but since I switched to an Arai helmet, I can't use the standard inserts. Eventually, I'll have to pick some up or maybe I'll give the respro a try.

I recently purchased a Respro from RiderWarehouse. Works very well in keeping my glasses clear, which was my main problem in the cold/wet. A little tedious to get used to, but very easy to remove on nice days.

I have the mask in two of my helmets. Absolutely not foggy issues and I was a long time user of the fogshield product. My only two knocks on the product are:

1) You have to always remember to hold it while taking your lid off or the metal nose piece can scratch you up a bit.

2) If you are stuck in the heat and NOT moving, it will get hot.

Those are my two cents!

I've done the anti-fog stuff in the past and like Brian said, it doesn't last. It seemed like the colder it got, the quicker it would stop working. Days in the low 20's will have you re-applying it daily, but it does work. Then I got the Fog-City fog shield. Great product BUT.......It is very soft plastic and is easily scratched from cleaning. I would say buy a new one every fall/winter and remove it in the spring. The other bad part of the Fog-City shield is it slightly distorts your view, meaning it makes things a little harder to see at night and in the rain, but it's much better than fog.

I'm about due for a new helmet and supposedly the Scorpion helmets have some kind of anti fog shield built in. A co-worker has one and swears that it doesn't fog, but he doesn't ride in as cold weather as me either. They do advertise it's non-fogging capabilities.

I have one, and it will fog, given the right conditions. It may be more resistant than others, but it fogs nonetheless. Hence, my purchase of a Respro.
