I'm guessing around $13,000 US.
Actually that's what my dealer guessed. Probably an educated guess.

Edited to specify that I think the bike with ABS, ASC, ERC, XYZ, 123, and R112lk;jrjklrkjl232q34oop8i-08YOIJH will cost 13K.

MCN say around £8000. The R1200s is about £8975 may as well say £9000. So I can't see the R1200r being more than £8000, wouldve thought less than 8k really.
If it was £8500 not far off the K1200r then either!
Thanks
Rock on!!!

13k USD is going to chase a lot of entry level buyers away. I know when I got my R 13k would have been a hard sell.
The R1150R 06 model listed at 10,990 USD.
They need to keep this bike under 12k if they want to get momentum in the US. If they do, I expect to see this new model every where.

I went my local dealers in the UK this afternoon.
Base price is £8,295.00 otr.
This is without ABS, screen, heated grips, luggage ect Add these and it is about £9,500.
They are expecting delivery mid to late September.
It is tempting but I prefer the look of mine still. However I know the looks of the new bike will grow on me especially in BLACK!!

Thanks Mike for getting that price hmmmm £8,295 not cheap at all, then it is a new model. Before I got my S4r last time I nearly got an r1150r for £6500 new.
How much were r1150r when new ? retail price?
Lot of bikes u can get for that sort of money to. I dont get how it is only about 700 less than the r1200s?
September is quite early though
Thanks
Rock on!!!

Best guess: $11,499 base price, plus about two large for all the extras.
