Hey There,
New to the forum and not a computer kind of guy but here goes. Put on a lowering kit Bobs 3 weeks ago. Went on a 1500 mile trip 2 days later to deals gap. Made the long rides much easier and only hit the left peg on one pretty tight turn. Would highly recommend.

I was thinking 'bout the Suburban Machine kit...but what does that do to the relationship with your shifter/brake controls?

I don't see a peg lowering kit for the 1150R listed on the Suburban Machinery site. I thought they used to make one with an additional extended shift lever, but don't see it now. Their stuff is reported to be good. Please post if you find out anything concerning the 1150R.

I think we use the ones for the GS. At least that is what I have, although mine are from Fastway. I love the large platform of these pegs, allowing me to stand up at almost any time.

The kit i got from Bobs was from suburban and they also carry the lowered shift lever. The price on the lowering kit was 139.00 i think.

I found this old link to Suburban Machinery for the R1150R peg lowering kit. The link is still active. It's nice to know the kit Bob's sells is the Suburban kit.
