I have been lusting after one for about a year. I have not been able to determine whether they offer a kit for it or not. Finding the K1200R headlight is a trick in the states. I will be in Ulm Germany next week and if I have a chance I will stop by the BMW dealer there and ask about it. They are supposed to be a Schnitzer dealer...

I'm sorry ... it's irreverant ... in fact, it's a horrid thought, even for me ...

but my first thought was "Did Kawasaki buy BMW's motorcycle division?"

Good roads,

I'd do it. Maybe not the color. I love those wheels and the headlight and little fairing. I don't know about the belly pan.

The mirror extensions are hideous. They look like antennae for some kind of mutant dingle.

Roberto AKA "Ziobato" could make a much better looking R1200R.

It did nothing for me.. but that's typical of ACS stuff - on the cars he always tries to make them look radical, and the majority of the time, they look silly. I have one ACS part - a "dead pedal" cover for my M-Coupe. It's not too awful and it is functional.

About this kind of things, in Italy we use to say "too much... German"   My personal feeling is that they went too far from what this bike IS. ;)

Make my RR unique not loosing its spirit, is still a challenge for me. :)

The bike itself is OK. I mean, big deal, we all farkle our bike to our taste. I think the belly pan looks sharp (and I'd probably have one if I could afford it), but the overall color scheme is GOD AWFUL!

Someone, one of the farkle manufacturers has done an R1200R in smoked Daytona Orange. I'd like to see one in the R90S Silver.

If I had the courage I'd proceed for FULL BLACK colour . Maybe aflash of silver across tank, maybe. But all black...fastest colour and so wonderfully understated. The bike itself tells the story..not the colour. IMHO that is. Need to get out a can of black engine paint. Anyone ever seen an R1200R done in complete black??/
