On a AAA state map it is marked 1310. We took it east towards Franklin from 129 I believe, near a river rafting place. It has a local name starting with a W (sorry) and you ride with Lake Nantahala on your right.

After mounting the bracket, and then the lights to the bracket, I drilled a small hole behind the license plate on each side and pulled the wires through those holes.
