Have you read the article from the MOA magazine? I think it was published around April or June. From glancing at the TBSD, it appears to be about the same. I had planned to work on mine last week, but it was too nice to work, so I rode instead.

This is the same manual I have on cd, which will get you through the scheduled maintenance, but that's about all.

... and the winner is....Simon D. The fuel filter inlet hose was loose and when I pulled the fuel pump out, the hose clamp dropped into the bottom of the tank. Thanks for all the posts.

Last night I disconnected the fuel lines and each had fuel in them. I then checked the right side injector connection with a light and it lit when I hit the switch. checked plugs and both fire, but are powder dry. It is full of gas.

Thanks for the replies thus far. The fuel pump did prime when the switch is turned on, so tonight I will try to work with the sidestand switch.

It shut down on the way home from work, after about 8-10 miles. I checked the sidestand and understood that it would not turn over or the console lights would not come on if that was the problem.

This is for a 2002 R1150R. Stopped at an intersection and the bike shut off. It will turn over and all the lights come on, but either is not getting spark, or no fuel. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
