Oil Capacity for rockster

anybody know what the crankcase holds with a new filter installed #-o

My owners manual says 4.0 quarts, 3.75 litres, I end up usually at about 3.8 when I change, just a hair shy of the 4.0 quarts. Thats to the center line in my site glass.
