I've rode in several good rainstorms since the mod and haven't had any complains from my fellow riders and it doesn't seem to throw that much more spray on the bike than it used to. The little bit more spray I get is far offset by the enhancement in the looks department in my opinion.

I actually got to ride the bike for about 200 miles this weekend. I'm absolutely in love and had to post another pic. :D

Well, you are losing it, Steve, but not because of my picts - that is a different fairing. I took the Givi off last summer, thinking I'd get more cooling air flow for the summer, and I just never got around to putting it back on. Good catch!

I have to agree to the last part. And the hardest part for me will be worming up the willpower to cut ANYTHING on that bike. I'm all for removing things, but cutting is a big thing.

I discovered my problem with this thread: I don't have any cool pictures of my bike in interesting places because...well, I don't stop in interesting places. Okay, I stop, but I never seem to have my camera.

These pics are from Jay Cooke State Park, near Duluth Minnesota.
Rained most of the day, but that just goes with the territory. That's why I think these are some of the best pics of my 04'R1150R.

Fresh pavement made it that much better. The wife was having fun taking the pics.

I was without a camera for a long time, so here's an old one. I have a new fancy doodle camera now...so I can get some new photos of my bike with barnyard animals. :D

These bikes really don't look like anything else on the road, do they?

I love that.
