R 1050 RT

Post by dbluefish »

I looked under exhausts and mufflers here but nothing. Not sure but I think I would like a bit more of a rumble from this twin. Any thoughts or examples you might have tried?

Not necessarily a full system and not looking for performance improvements but just a bit more sporty sound.

Thanks

Remove muffler and add a small tailpipe turndown at the exit of the cat converter. Do a search for samples to look at. Easy and inexpensive, also better sound.

Al - if this gentleman's RT is anything like my RS, you cannot just remove the muffler. The CAT and Muffler are one piece - not separable unless you have a blue flame key.
