Cafe racer style screen?

I am looking for a cafe racer style fairing/headlight surround for the 850r/1100 who makes one that bolts straight on?

All of them are german made. You find what you are looking for if you search for Wuedo, Fallert, and Haensle dingle for r1100r

You'll never get that one to fit on the R1100 model. Moreover this is somebody trying to sell scrap.

Thanks guys, I have read that the 1100s headlight changed in 1997.My 850 is a 1996 model, any idea if the 1100 onefrom 1997 on fits my 96 850, I presume not?

Hi there,

I can only speak for the Wuedo fairing. Wuedo has this fairing for the pre-1997 model as well as for the facelift 1997 onwards. The pre-1997 model is this one: http://www.wuedo.de/cgi-bin/webseller?a ... tammnr='46'

I think what changed is the instrument cluster which is why the newer fairing does NOT fit the older model! Cost for this one is EURO 171.55 excluding German VAT and excluding shipping. I am pretty certain they would sell you this and send it to you. Suggest you mail them at [email protected] The fairing obviously comes unpainted.

I have a Parabellum Scout faring/windscreen. It works well. I dont see the R1100R listed on there site now but they make them. http://www.parabellum.com/
