Hi folks,
Yesterday I wanted to take a peak at the insides of my gas tank. I removed the gas cap housing and gently pulled out the fuel filter and two tubes, one connected to the fuel filter the other was overflow. Anyways I didn't go any further than look at them. I then replaced the tubes and the filter in the same position and direction I found them. Now my bike idles rough, can't seem to get enough fuel on acceleration and backfires. Your help would be much appreciated.

Check to see that the throttle cables are properly seated in the cups on the throttle bodies - one may be pulled out and sitting on the edge
It's easy to knock them out when you remove the tank and this is the kind of rough running you get
