oil drain plug washer and transmission washers

Post by darrene »

Hi,
Does anyone have the inside diameter and outside diameter of those three washers? I have some crush washers from a Yamaha and Honda and would like to save a trip.
Thanks.
I think:
oil plug washer: pn 07119963252.5
both transmission pn 07119963200.5 (I don't know what the .5 is on the end)

Seeing as your a new member maybe your unaware of the parts lists offered on line by some dealers. They offer instant access to part numbers and often helpful hints about the parts. You can also look up parts to see what is interchangeable between models and years.

It would be a good idea to learn to use the parts fiche listed at various locations on the internet. I use MAX BMW, (http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/PartsFiche.aspx) they were the first to offer it and I've always received friendly service when ordering parts. Plus you get a bag of M&Ms when you get the parts.

If you look at the engine in the fiche, oil drain plug (07 11 9 963 252) is shown as a 16 X 20 Gasket ring
The transmission drain plug has a captivated gasket ring (reuse ?). They show 07 11 9 963 200 as a replacement for the gasket but no specs.
I find the fiche at Bobs BMW (http://store.bobsbmw.com/microfiche/BrowseSeries.aspx) a little difficult to use but it shows 07 11 9 963 200 as 14 X 18 Al gasket ring.
