Re: Lost the Beak!!!
I found one on ebay a few weeks ago. Took it to a local motorcycle paint shop and had him match it (Titan Silver Metallic). Forty bucks for the fender, 75 bucks for paint. Love it!

That look great. Can you ball park the cost?Columbia03BMW wrote:After seeing Xdot's and duegi's post's I was inspired to finally get rid of my beak too. I found one on ebay that already matched my color, so I went ahead and joined those guys and got rid of mine too. Now I just need to figure out what to do with the old beak, and my low seat that came with the bike.

I'd rather get heat rash than road rash. The end..

Re: Lost the Beak!!!
Sorry, haven't been on for a few weeks, but if I remember correctly my new fender was right at $100 including shipping. But unless you find one that is the same color as your bike, you'll have to spend some more getting it painted to match. Luckily mine was perfect for my bike, so I just unbolted the old beak, and bolted this right up in just a couple of minutes. That look great. Can you ball park the cost?
