Did you dislodge one of the throttle cables?

I did the same thing and it was a cable it looked like it was seated properly but it wasn't I think it was the fuel enhancment cable (choke) the cable jacket was hung up on the edge of the holder.

Really bad running (on 1 cylinder) after the fuel tank was removed is almost always the right side throttle cable that gets pulled up-n-out-of the TB adjuster ferrule when you are wrestling with disconnecting/reconnecting the fuel line QD's. The cable is very short and it has almost zero surplus length with it's connection to the throttle junction box. When it's inadvertently pulled out, it adds too much throttle for the idle mixture fuel quantity on the right cylinder, so it misfires (does not run at all). Remember that the TPS on the left TB determines how much fuel is injected and it is on the idle stop. That right cylinder's unburned fuel goes into the catbox, which then glows RED, unmistakably indicating that the right side throttle cable is pulled up-n-out-of the TB ferrule !!

any input as to how to post a couple of pics?

Before you can include a photo in a post/message on the r1150r.org website you have to upload the photo from your computer to a photo hosting website. I use Photobucket http://photobucket.com/ because it's free but there are others. The first time you go to the Photobucket website you will need to open your own account into which you can then upload your photos. Once you have uploaded the photo to your Photobucket account you copy the direct link URL of that photo, return to your r1150r.org post/message, click the Img box just above where you're typing your post/message then paste the Photobucket direct link inside the brackets that have appeared in your post/message. That direct link then will allow the photo to appear in your post/message once you preview or submit the post/message.
