System Pannier question

I am selling a right hand (non exhaust) System pannier for 2004-06 R1150R. I've been asked if this bag will also fit a R1100RT. I believe it is the same bag as used by the R1150RT up to 2006 but can't find anything definitive about whether it might fit any of the RT models.

Could someone point me in the right direction to get this question answered?

Let me clarify my question further: The prospective buyer has a 1999 R1100RT. The bag is off of a 2006 R850/1150R.

Are they the same bag?

As far as I'm aware, all the 'system' panniers for the 259 series bikes (Oilheads) will fit any bike. Obviously if the bike has a high exhaust (GS/R/Rockster/RS) then the left pannier needs to be the version with the cutout.
