Fantastic day to be on the CA central coast

A little 170 mile loop around and through the Los Padres Nat'l Forest from Monterey and back. Gorgeous day to play on the bike. Temps in the 80s inland and high 60s/low 70s on the coast. It was a take the liner out and open the vents kind of day...

These views are from Nacimiento Fergusson Rd that cuts through Fort Hunter Liggett and drops you on the coast - HWY 1

Great pix - glad to see the fog finally burned off - I rode down that stretch of coast Friday morning and froze my cajones off!

FANTASTIC images!

While you were enjoying California coast roads & the scenery today,
I was washing the dishes, doing laundry, and vacumming......

- NOT -

I was applying 3M protective vinyl to my tank & side-covers,
replacing lost bolts that hold my seat on,

and cleaning/organizing the garage.....

- NOT -

Well, I DID work on the bike and wax it..... again.
And a spin up to Mountain House for a drink.

I'm getting about 40 mpg and expect 10,000 miles outa these tires.
How about you? I'm sure those roads along the coast are slow, narrow,
and with plenty of traffic to slow you down.......
