Talk about on the edge of your seat stuff...and crashes...and more crashes...all those sweet bikes getting dinged up...gees.. ...and what's with that extra diving somersault after he'd almost come to a stop..what a poser.. .. and how's the sound...mmmm!.....and a nice little crossed up wheelie at the end.
Yo Riv. I was looking at the KR again at the dealership. I loved the look of your old bike. Who made you bellypan, and if you don't mind telling me what it cost. If I get a KR, I would have to get the bellypan. I have seen the CF ones, they are nice, but pricey.
the suspension look so soft, the bikes where all over the place. I wonder how stock are this bikes? any one? the steering looks very lite and tricky and the ride tires where sliding like crazy, maybe in couple of years they will learn how to race tune them after some trial and error! or maybe I am just use to watching Rossi!
San Jose BMW has a belly pan that is an exact duplicat of the Power Cup pan, a lot less $ however, also they have a complete frame slider set also a bunch of other trick parts for the K1200R and S. They were on the K1200R in the San Jose Booth at the M/C show.
in that vid it looks like the weather was either really humid or even wet.
I have not heeled over my K-R as much as they have, but it seems stable and sure-footed to me. Honestly, it looks like some of those guys just misread the track.. badly.
