Roadside Assistance Program Needed

I'm looking for an emergency roadside assistance program for my '96 BMW R1100R. Towing and flat tire assistance are the the primary services I'm interested in. Any suggestions?

FWIW...I've used the AMA MoTow service (~35bux/yr) once. Got stranded about 35mi from the dealer when the FD on my Kaw cruiser bit the dust. They had a tow there in about an hr...dude had all the right equip and took good care of the bike. Cost me zero, and I gave him a 20 for a tip.
Also had the 'opportunity' to utilize the Emergency Road service from Progressive Insurance. I was in BFE when I went down to 'inspect' the pavement after 'misjudging' a tight right hander.
Progressive had a tow there in about 1 1/2 hrs, and it cost me 125bux to get it towed the 80mi to my house. They would have re-imbursed some of that, I think, but I never filed a claim. They charged 8bux/yr for their service if you insured with them.....

BMWMOA has a program that I pay for with my membership but cannot vouch for the service yet, as I haven't needed it. (knock wood!)

I have roadside assistance added to my Progressive Policy. It only cost me an extra $8/yr.

BMWMOA has a program that I pay for with my membership but cannot vouch for the service yet, as I haven't needed it. (knock wood!)

You have to be a BMWMOA member to purchase their emergency roadside assistance plan. The total cost for membership plus the roadside plan costs more than other plans. I'm leaning towards a plan offered by MTS. I've read lots of positive feedback on the service.

I am currently using MTS towing for my bike. I have never had to use them (knock on wood) but them seem pretty good.

Now, that being said. I followed a thread over on the http://www.advrider.com website. I think I am going to switch to these guys for my August trip to Nova Scotia.

I like the BMWMOA magazine a lot. It usually has something useful for me. So, for me, the value of the magazine basically offsets the cost of membership.

Watch what they say (read the small print) about flat tire assistance - even BMWMOA states that flat tire assistance most likely means a tow. Get yourself a pump and repair kit - insurance to hopefully not need it.
