Rockster Db

I'd like to know how much Db my rockster produces...
I'm going to explore the NÃƒÂ¼rnburgring next month and Germans are very strict... The ring itself has a 96Db limit, regulations on German public roads are even stricter

I have a Remus Y-pipe, Remus Revolution muffler without Db killer.
Does anyone have a rough idea of the Db's produced?

I think I'll have to reinstall the Db killer, but that's as far as I want to go

The cotton inside the muffler has recently been replaced, so that shoud make some difference

just stick the baffle back in, it won't make any difference to the performance anyway.

Without the can it's 94db....a Y pipe will be a little louder but not much louder..you should be ok.

I have the same setup and the bike isn't that loud. I doubt that it's past 96-decibels.

You can buy your own sound level meter from Radio Shack - they are not expensive. If I remember less than $50.
