Man, I am just full of questions today. After crashing my bike in March, it was a pleasant suprise to see a new set of Metzeler Z6 tires on my bike. After another 6000 miles, I love the tires but (and now here's the question) what is the perfect air pressure for the tires? (I was not provided this wisdom when I picked up the bike.) Remember, the question is specific to the Z6's and the R1150R.

I'm told to keep the rear at 40 psi and the front at 36 psi. I've got Z6s. Seems to work.
I've got over 6000 miles on these tires.

Really depends on your riding style and weight, but Lion lady's sugestion is a good starting point.
I run 42 and 38, but I'm also "marketing size"

Thanks all, I've gone to 38/42. I'm pretty happy with the results.
