Just installed a brake light modulator... you know the one that flashes the light 3 times and then holds steady. The modulator works fine, but now I get the warning light on the instrument cluster that the brake light is not working. Is this to be expected or is there some way to shut this light off? If I disconnect the modulator the light goes off.
Will be installing driving lights this weekend. Anything to be aware of so that I don't have the same problem with another sensor tripping off the warning light on the instrument cluster?
