What kind of tool to use, for retorque 5th T45 nuts

Hi, all,

6000 miles services, retorque cyclinder head, # 5 T45 nuts is way inside the engine, any body know what kind of tool and where can I purchase it. TX

You need a long T45 on a 3/8" or 1/2" socket end. Should be able to find it at any auto store, Sears, Mac Tools....etc
