Sheesh, so many of you guys are 39! I've been 39 many times ....
I'm so old that most people my age are dead!

If you've seen Al Gore's movie "An Inconvenient Truth", you might remember the opening segment where he introduces himself: "I'm Al Gore, and I used to be the 'Next President of the United States' ". Well, I am now what used to be the national speed limit - the double nickel!

58 - returned to bikes 7 years ago after a 20+ year gap. Five years on a 500 twin and then on to a proper bike two years ago!

Greying, but determined to grow old disgracefully!

Nah, no golfing for me either. On the rare occasion that I have to golf, it is kinda like when you flirt with a lesbian - after two attempts, I am further from the hole than when I started!!

If the weather is good enough to play golf I would not be able to concentrate on the game - I would be thinking I should be riding.

My wife and I have worked out a good arrangement for my weekend riding. She plays golf and I ride my BMW - both happy and enjoy our stories of the days events.

Age is purely a number - mental attitude is a more appropriate measure.
By the way my number is 61.

Yep, my number may be 43 but that's only a statistic. Mentally I'm still 26!

Feeling like I am 36 in the morning, and more like 21 at Midnight. Those long nights in Miami will do it to you.

ohhhhh - finally the golf topic was set aside ... I thought there was a hijacking attempt ... and I thought I got the wrong website ... something like "Golf daily" or something ...

Next time I want to hear "balls" or "stick" should be if you are telling a dirty joke ... and this forum is not the place for that either as there are ladies reading it ... :D  :D
