Changing the clock on the Rockster!

Post by aeschroeder »

I have a like new rockster and read the manual...

It illustrates changing the time on the clock by using a pen or pointed object to adjust the time.

This has not worked for me. I have tried it in all modes (OFF, ON, PARK,MAGIC JUJU) with no results.

Am I doing something wrong as the time never changes?

I press the buttons but no response.

You need to press really hard with a ball point pen, and push the button in further than you would think, ignition does not need to be on.

Did mine last week

Changing time on Rockster

Invaluable:

I should have used a pointed object as stated but afraid of puncture. It worked GREAT.

Thank you VERY much!

Why use a ballpoint; your ignition-key does the same, and that's the most likely thing you have in your hands when you mount your bike !
