California Weekend getaway???

Post by RForestR »

Hi guys,

I remember someone posted a weekend trip to Northern California a while back where he went to a B&B (or a cottage?) on the coast with his wife. Goes every year if I remember right.

Been trying different searches and simply cannot find the report. I'm pretty sure it was in the 'Great Rides' section and am also pretty sure it was an anniversary getaway.

Anyone remember this? Anyone have the link handy? Really like to head to the same place when we go out west next, but darned if I can find it.

Thanks for your help,
Cheers,
Chris

Do a search for this post. It is not exact to your description, but close.

Thanks a bunch to both of you.
I knew someone would remember it, and post a response, I just couldn't remember that it was your post taosports.

I remember thinking, 'what a great trip and a great place to stay!' but never book-marked the report or the link.

Live and learn...

Cheers,
Chris

Fantastic area, we've rented a bunch of places around there. Along with this place, Sea Ranch is the biggest option, essentially a 10 mile spread of vacation homes. We've found vrbo.com a fun bet in Mendocino and elsewhere. It's person to person (or close to it) and you can often get more amenities for your $.
