I ave heard bad things about the beaded seats. Like they leave little bruises all over you arse. Not good on the first day of a multiday trip.

Had those beaded ones. They will get loose and the beads will fall out one by one. Garbage. Also if your hind is not juicy enough, you will have pain in the ....

Bought 2 of these sheepskin pads online yesterday arrived this morning, great service. Great value at only Ã‚Â£20 ($40) including delivery.

Am I the only one who uses both an Airhawk and an Alaska Buttpad sheepskin at the same time ? I don't worry about the sliding around part and haven't found it to be a problem. I do use the low seat I keep around for low riders sometimes when using both.

10 Things I love about my sheepskin....

1. Comfy
2. Reliably fluffs up again, time after time
3. Good looking
4. Keeps me from slipping forward on my seat
5. I can easily get at least an extra 100 miles a day.
6. Simple to put on and take off
7. Climate controlled....warm on cold days, cool on hot days
8. Afordabe (as parts and pieces go)
9. Same color as my bike...black, which no doubt makes me go faster.
10. Holds a few clinging dog hairs so that I can think of my yellow lab
even when I've left her at home.
