I have an '04, bought news in July 2003, and turned over 50,000 miles during the RA rally in Asheville. That's the last highpoint I can remember. I would guess I'm just over 51k right now.

I put 40 miles on my last R1150R, sold it due to temporary health issue. Do I win for the least miles? Am I atleast the biggest loser? :D

Gary,
You can be the biggest loser.

My 03 had 17561 miles, before it met it's untimely demise.
My 04 has around 22k now, and may it last forever.

I wonder where whaycock's Roadster is. I think he had 85k on it before he sold it a year or 2 ago.

Bought my '04 in February of that year and currently have on 20k on the clock. Starting next month I'll begin commuting almost 100 miles a day so I expect my mileage will be increasing dramatically and quickly. Can't wait.

In 2000, I bought an XL1200S and logged on a quick 38,000 miles.

Though I had my money down on a FLHT-S, fell in love with the Dyna Glide Sport, I ended up buying a much loved 2001 R1150Ra.... and put a quick 58,000 miles on it.

Then I quit riding for..... a couple months.

I fell into a great deal on a Triumph Sprint RS triple and quickly got into the same kind of trouble I got on the Roadster, I was caught speeding. With three citations on my once clean record, I sold the Sprint after owning it for only 10,000 miles (fantastic fuel injection, GREAT engine!).

A buddy sold me his (slow? yeah, rooooight) '05 Triumph Bonneville, and "got back to the basics of motorcycling" again.... for the next 22,000 miles. Then I bought a wrecked Bonnie, breathed new life into it in the comfort of my living room, and logged only 4,000 miles on it before parting with it.

I bought a Yamaha FZ1 about a year ago, and have so far put 20,000 miles on it.

Dammit, I'm living a motorcycle induced life of poverty, and my tires are bald..... again.

Yea, I kinda figured that my mileage would be sadly inadequate on THIS board... but if I had posted the same numbers on a Harley Davidson board, I'd be a virtual God!

Pat - you certainly pile on the miles! I thought I'm doing well by putting 15 - 18k a year on my three steeds. You rack that up in half the time.

It's easy,
I got no womens, no drinking or drug habits, and I live where I can ride year 'round. I got no life, no money, no worries, no care in the world.
I ride, therefore I AM...... a poor biker rider.

(anybody got gas money I can have?)

Pat,

No drug habits? I would call adrenaline a very powerful drug. :D :D :D Stay addicted, life is more fun that way.
I was dreaming when I wrote this, forgive me if it goes astray...

I'm just a little behind Boxer and R4R&R. Mine's an early-release '04 spec, bought new in March of '03. Over the weekend I turned over 45k miles. So, a bit over 10 grand per year, but I'm still workin' on getting more miles in.
