Twisted Throttle -- TWO THUMBS UP!

Post by rtallent »

I recently had an excellent experience with twisted Throttle that I want you all to know about:

There was discussion recently about whether or not it is possible to mount the SW-Motech Alu Toprack with the BMW side case holders:

http://r1150r.org/board/viewtopic.php?t ... f8c8bd3af3

The toprack did not fit, despite Motech's original information that it would. Twisted Throttle handled the situation like true professionals -- quickly and with good customer service in mind.

Not only did they issue a PRE-PAID pick-up label for it, they even REFUNDED THE ORIGINAL SHIIPING CHARGES, preferring to collect the charges from Motech, since it was their error, rather than have a customer pay for someone else's mistake. Unusual these days.

These people are really good. I will buy from them again soon and encourage anyone who wants to deal with an honest and truly nice company to do business with them.

By the way, the Motech product was beautifully made and finished. It looked great and felt very heavy duty. I am sorry I could not use it.

I am not associated with Twisted Throttle in any way other than as a very satisfied customer.

Many thanks to Eric and Josh.
