For those that removed the exhaust can, do you notice any more blueing on the pipes - by the cylinder heads?
Has anyone had any issues to date? I know the previous thread is pretty old on can removal...

I've had my can off for five years now...and no problems whatsoever.
As long as you keep the cat..because the cat works like a big muffler.
No extra header bluing..and the bonus of running a full size left case.

One bolt at the cat and another at the rear footpeg...five minutes and it's off.
This pic shows the s/s tip that I have put on my cat to finish it off.

What diameter is the exhaust piping? 2"?
