head light modulator made by Kisan

Has anybody mounted a pathblazer head light modulator, sold by Kisan, on to their Rockster? If you did, were you able to do a plug & play, or did you have to splice wires? The manufacture rep wants to know if I have a "3 pin amp" for the highbeam. He says where the two headlight wires join together, I should be able to unplug that junction and look. But that plastic junction point looks like its molded closed, it can't be opened. If you have one of these, I'd appreciate some advice how & where it hooked up to the highbeam light. If you know the model that you have, that would be great. The model is labled on the box the unit arrived in.
