How did the Rockster handle on the dirt roads? That looks like it was a great ride!
Re: Grandstaircase Escalante
I don't recommend taking the rockster off road.Beaze wrote:How did the Rockster handle on the dirt roads? That looks like it was a great ride!

Nice waterfall shots. What kind of cooking stove is that in the one photo and do you like it?

I'm not sure what kind of stove it is, it was my buddies. I will have to shooot him an email. It worked very well though, and it was very compact and durable. He has had it for atleast 8 years now, and it has been used very often.

Thanks for sharing your adventure. Great pics and amazing landscape, though not sure i would want to ride a Rockster off road, but each to his own.

Okay thanks. The base looks a little wider and more stable than mine.Ukemi wrote:I'm not sure what kind of stove it is, it was my buddies. I will have to shooot him an email. I have been using the Jet boil which I really like but had this one been available I think I would have purchased it instead. Den

Thanks Den. I have the JetBoil too, and like it much, but that one looks a little more sturdy in it's platform and pot.mnnden wrote:

The pot was just a regular backpacking mess kit. We are both extremely poor college students, so we just use whatever we can.
