AeroFlow screens

All of us have had bad experiences with vendors; to wit, the recent ranting about Chicago BMW. I'd like to share a story about a completely opposite experience.
I ordered an AeroFlow Sport Fairing last year during their annual sale. The price was good, the order was shipped promptly, everything needed was in the box and the installation instructions were nicely illustrated and clear.
The mounting system easily attached to the bike and the fairing was easily secured to the bracket (both unlike my previous BMW Sport Shield). I was very pleased with the Sport Fairing with one small execption: The mounting bracket started to rust at some of the weld points (I found out later that these were silver solder joints, not weldments). I phoned AeroFlow and told them about the problem and they immediately told me to send the bracket back. This was the height of the riding season however, so I kept putting it off.
The weeks turned into months and soon, nearly a year had gone by. I finally got off my lazy ass and phoned AeroFlow again about a month ago. The person on the other end said she wanted to talk to owner, Paige Ortiz and that someone would phone me back. A day or 2 later, I got a call from Paige who told me that they had had some QA problems with the powder coating on their brackets and that some were not stripped properly before coating. He told me to send the bracket back and he'd have it recoated. Of course, being the incredibly lazy ass I am (see previous) I delayed, only to have Paige give me call a couple of days later to gently "remind" me to send the bracket to him.
The bracket was returned to me this week, looking better than when it was new. Kudos to a good company with great products and even better customer focus.
