Hi,
Please confirm for me that the valve clearences for a 2004 R are: .15 mm and .30mm
30 exhaust 15 intake

Don't know what a millimeter is. Sounds like some sort of bug.
I use .006" intake, .012" exhaust. So does my BMW shop.

According to my Clymer Manual :
2004 R1150 twin spark
Valve clearance (cold)
Intake : 0.17-0.23 mm (0.007-0.009 in.)
Exhaust : 0.25-0.31 mm (0.010-0.012 in.)
