Answered your question in the Rockster section of the forum. :)

But - to recap (and provide search results) - you can more than likely get them from a Kawasaki Dealership. Kawasakis (especially the ZXR models) used Tokico callipers - do a little searching for a bike which has the same calliper dimensions (ie piston diameters) and then chase down the parts from a Kaw dealership.

In the UK I've been able to source bits from Cradleigh Kawasaki - I'm sure there'll be someone as useful in the States.

Also - as said in the other post - if you're going to spit the callipers (makes getting the pistons out and cleaning everything up much easier) - you'll need to replace the 2 small seals that fit in between. BMW will NOT sell you these - but Kawasaki will. :)

It appears that the front TOKICO calipers are:

Small Piston 32mm
Large Piston 36mm
The 32mm is the dust seal.
The 36mm is the pressure seal.

Now...Try and find 'em.

The small O - Ring (Joint Seal) between the caliper halves part numbers are:
Kawasaki 43049-1004
Honda 45103-MEL-003

Kawasaki 43049-1004 RING,SEAL, 6.5 X 11.5 X 2.2 (SEAL BETWEEN CALIPER HALVES)

Thru research, I found that the Honda pieces are about 2/3 the price of the Kawi seals.
I ordered them from Partszilla for 96 cents each.

Now, does anyone know where the 32mm dust seals and 36mm pressure seals can be obtained from OTHER than BMW?
BMW wants $98 for the seal kit with piston. I don't need the pistons.

I received Honda part #45103-MEL-003 Today.
RING, SEAL Joint - 6.5 X 11.5 X 2.2 (SEAL BETWEEN Tokico CALIPER HALVES)

I can confirm that these are the correct O Ring seals between the caliper halves.
They were 96 cents each from Partzilla.com
