Screws/bolts replacement

I have looked on both Google and inside the forums here but:

Do you know a website selling screw/bolt kits for Rockster - titanium, stainles, etc. etc.

I have found so far:

but they seem to be cosmetic set - fasteners only, not a whole kit.

Not that I have any rust yet - but they use gritters around here, and it was snowing yesterday.
