Metzler Z6 tyre wear indicator

Post by Rog(UK) - Yorkshire Dales »

Does anyone know if the Z6 has some form of tyre wear indicator? - and I'm not meaning the carcass!

Mine has slightly flatted at 5500 miles (enough that at slow speeds, the bike will weave). I've done 3000 on it since I bought the bike and sheepishly have to admit to enjoying the beautiful acceleration in a straight line  Perhaps I should attempt to control my right hand in the future - and on the throttle as well!

Thanks,

Rog.

Nice one! I thought it was going to be a pic of the belting on a really knackered tyre! :)

that was really well done. I have about 18,000Km on my Z6's and the photos now let me know what to keep a eye on. :D
