How many people here have noticed that the black paint on the engine, or right behind the engine and transmission, particularly on the right side, is faded and beginning to look like crap? Its wierd how no ones seems to like the racing style reservoirs, they look similar to the brembo gold line ones on my S4r. Usually people want these and not the coffin or combined cylinder/reservoir u get on the cheaper monster/ older r1150r. I think they look more racy and smaller to :D a) you do ...

Anyone out there have a rattle in or under the tank? Spoke to the dealer who said that it was common for the fuel guage float to rattle and that it was not an easy fix! Any know why my high pressure line would leak when I first start my bike and then stop leaking after it runs? Anything to do with the quick disconnect? don't know, but mine had a leake too. It was cold, freezing, and when my bike got warm, it stopped. something with the connections. Can't help you.
